About Habibah Wellness
Assalamu’alaykum, I’m Habibah
Each month your period arrives, on time or close enough.
And each month, pregnancy does not.
You have done what you were told to do.
You have tried to be patient, calm, trusting.
Still, nothing is moving forward.
No one has been able to explain why.
I support Muslim women whose cycles continue, but whose bodies are not progressing toward conception.
Women living with painful, exhausting, or confusing cycles that have never been properly explained.
Women who are menstruating regularly, yet facing ongoing fertility delay.
This work is rooted in body literacy.
Not trends. Not guesswork. Not emotional processing for its own sake.
I help women understand what their cycles are showing, what is interfering with balance, and what needs to be stabilised before the body can move forward.
This is fertility preparation done quietly, privately, and with structure.
Who I work with
I work with women experiencing:
Painful or heavy periods
Clots, spotting, exhaustion, or long cycles
Regular bleeding but no pregnancy
Unexplained fertility delays
The frustration of being told everything looks “normal”
Many of the women I support have already tried supplements, diets, herbs, or advice from multiple sources.
What is missing is rarely effort.
It is understanding.
My Approach
The womb does not respond to pressure.
It responds to consistent, appropriate support over time.
My work brings together cycle interpretation, grounded female physiology, nervous system patterning, nourishment foundations, and faith-aligned responsibility.
Everything is structured.
Nothing is overwhelming.
We focus on what matters, in the order it matters.
Why This Work Exists
I came into this work through lived experience and years of study.
Like many women, I was taught that pain is normal, cycles are inconvenient, and fertility is something that simply happens.
My own body taught me otherwise.
A womb that is struggling is not broken.
It is signalling.
Blood colour, timing, pain, discharge, fatigue.
These are not random events. They are communication.
I learned how to read those signals, identify what is often overlooked, and apply steady, practical support that respects both physiology and faith.
That is the framework I now use with the women I support.
What I Believe
Your symptoms are meaningful.
Your cycle follows patterns.
Nothing is happening without a reason.
Regulation supports restoration.
When the body feels rushed, pressured, or shamed, it resists change.
Shifa is from Allaah alone.
We take responsibility for the means with sincerity and ihsan.
The outcome is never carried by the woman.
The Shift This Work Creates
This is the point everything leads to.
The women I work with do not leave with motivation or reassurance.
They leave with understanding.
They stop guessing.
They stop blaming themselves.
They stop handing their bodies over to confusion or conflicting advice.
They learn how to read their cycles, respond with confidence, and move forward with clarity and peace.
This Work Is For You If
You keep your TTC journey private
You are tired of explaining yourself
You feel dismissed or unheard
You want clarity without emotional exposure
You prefer calm, 1:1 support
You want a faith-rooted approach grounded in physiology
You are ready to stop guessing and start understanding your body
You do not need to be loud, public, or emotionally open to benefit here.
You can move forward quietly.
A Clear Next Step
I do not offer quick fixes or surface-level reassurance.
This work begins with a clarity session.
A focused assessment of what your cycle is showing and what needs to be stabilised before the body can move forward.
If you are ready to move from waiting into structured action, this is where we begin.
