Scope of Services

All services provided by Habibah Wellness are educational and supportive in nature.

They are intended to support body literacy, self-awareness, and informed decision-making.

Habibah Wellness does not:

• Diagnose medical conditions
• Prescribe medication
• Replace medical, midwifery, or mental health care

You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or professional support where necessary.

Information shared through sessions, assessments, written materials, emails, or digital content is not medical advice.

Outcomes vary between individuals.
No guarantees are made regarding results, symptom changes, fertility outcomes, or timelines.

Client Responsibility

By engaging with this work, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health decisions
• You decide how and whether to apply information shared
• Progress depends on multiple factors beyond the practitioner’s control

Habibah Wellness is not responsible for outcomes resulting from decisions made outside the agreed scope of services.

Assessments, Sessions, and Programmes

All sessions and assessments are structured and time-bound.

The Womb Clarity Call is an assessment session and does not include ongoing support unless explicitly stated.

Ongoing guidance is provided only within purchased programmes or clearly defined services.

Advice is not provided outside booked sessions or agreed programme structures.

Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

All prices are displayed clearly at the point of purchase.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or suspension of access to services or programmes.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this work:

• Sessions and assessments are non-refundable once delivered
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

Where reasonable notice is given, rescheduling of sessions may be offered subject to availability.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Missed sessions
• Change of mind
• Partial participation
• Failure to engage with the programme

Behaviour and Communication Boundaries

To maintain a respectful and effective working environment:

• Communication is limited to agreed channels
• Advice is not provided via social media DMs or informal messaging
• Respectful communication is required at all times

Habibah Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if boundaries are repeatedly disregarded.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, written content, programme structures, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Habibah Wellness.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
