Terms And Conditions

Please read these terms before booking a consultation, joining The RAHM Journey, or purchasing any product from Habibah Wellness. Booking or paying for any service means you accept these terms in full.

If you are unsure whether this work is right for you, we encourage you to pray istikhara and seek guidance from Allah before making a commitment.

1. Not Medical Advice

Habibah Wellness offers womb health and fertility coaching, not medical treatment. Nothing shared in a consultation, The RAHM Journey, or any product is a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

2. Our Services

One-to-One Womb Consultation: a single 60 minute call. Nothing more is included unless agreed separately in writing.

The RAHM Journey: a 12 week one-to-one coaching programme. The programme runs for 12 weeks only. It does not extend beyond that period unless agreed separately in writing.

Products: digital or physical items purchased as described at the point of sale.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before a consultation, before The RAHM Journey begins, or at the point of purchase for any product, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds on products, consultations, or The RAHM Journey once payment has been made, including if you choose not to attend or do not complete the programme.

The Womb Consultation fee may be credited toward The RAHM Journey if you upgrade within 14 days of your call. This window is fixed and is not extended for any reason. This is a credit, not a refund.

5. Pregnancy During The RAHM Journey

If you fall pregnant during The RAHM Journey, we encourage you to continue and complete the programme, as the work remains valuable through pregnancy. No refund is given if you fall pregnant during the journey, whether or not you choose to continue.

6. Rescheduling

If you need to move your consultation or a RAHM Journey session, contact us with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is offered where reasonably possible but is not guaranteed, particularly with less notice than this.

7. Confidentiality And Amanah

What you share with us is an amanah, a trust, and we hold it as such. In turn, we ask the same of you.

You may not copy, screenshot, record, or share any materials, session content, or personal guidance you receive from Habibah Wellness with anyone outside your own use. This includes but is not limited to worksheets, call recordings, written guidance, and anything shared in The RAHM Journey.

We will never share your personally identifiable information, medical history, or anything disclosed in a session with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Feedback And Testimonials

We may use anonymous feedback from clients, identified by initial only, for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and in promotional materials. No full names or personally identifiable information will be shared without your explicit permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The RAHM Method, all programme materials, worksheets, and content created by Habibah Wellness remain the intellectual property of Habibah Wellness. You may use them for your own personal journey. You may not reproduce, resell, teach, or distribute them to others.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Habibah Wellness provides coaching and wellness support in good faith. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as every body and every journey is different, by qadr and Allah’s decree. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habibah Wellness is not liable for any outcome arising from the use of our services or products.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
